Originally from Saint John, NB, I have resided in Fredericton since 1966.  I began painting in 2003 and the medium I prefer is oil.  I love to paint in my studio and have many photos I have taken for reference.  Scenery, people or anything that inspires me become my subjects.

I have taken classes from Glenn Priestley, Lloyd Fitzgerald and Will Forrestall.  We are constantly learning.  One of my favourite quotes is by Harley Brown: "Art classes continue for life. There are no graduates, no alumni."
